Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and screws.
- Create Wall Opening: Drill a 3-inch hole through the wall for refrigerant lines and drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect the indoor and outdoor units with refrigerant lines, ensuring proper insulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 230V, 15A circuit with proper grounding.
- Drainage Setup: Install the drainage pipe with proper slope to ensure water flows away from the unit.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system and charge with refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications.
- Test Operation: Run the unit through all modes to verify proper cooling, heating, and drainage.
