Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Vacuum pump and gauges

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Install Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and screws.
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 3-inch hole through the wall for refrigerant lines and drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect the indoor and outdoor units with refrigerant lines, ensuring proper insulation.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 230V, 15A circuit with proper grounding.
  6. Drainage Setup: Install the drainage pipe with proper slope to ensure water flows away from the unit.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system and charge with refrigerant according to manufacturer specifications.
  8. Test Operation: Run the unit through all modes to verify proper cooling, heating, and drainage.
