Mobile Network Settings

Network Selection Guide

Requirements:

  • Active SIM card
  • Network coverage in your area
  • Proper APN settings
  • Network unlock code (if applicable)
  • Wi-Fi connectivity for initial setup

Step-by-Step Network Configuration

  1. Insert SIM Card: Power off the phone, insert your SIM card into the designated slot, and power on the device.
  2. Access Network Settings: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network.
  3. Select Network Operator: Choose "Network operators" and select "Search networks" to view available carriers.
  4. Choose Preferred Network: Select your desired network operator from the list of available networks.
  5. Configure APN Settings: Access Access Point Names (APN) and enter the settings provided by your carrier.
  6. Enable Data Roaming: If traveling, enable data roaming to use networks outside your home coverage area.
  7. Test Connection: Make a test call and browse the internet to verify network connectivity.
Warning: Ensure your phone is network unlocked before attempting to use with different carriers. Using incorrect APN settings may result in additional charges.
