Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote and insert the included AAA batteries, observing correct polarity.
  2. Power On TV: Ensure your Hisense Roku TV is plugged in and powered on.
  3. Automatic Pairing: The remote should automatically pair with your TV when batteries are inserted. If not, press and hold the pairing button for 3 seconds.
  4. Check Connection: Point the remote at your TV and press any button to verify it's working properly.
  5. Voice Control Setup: For voice-enabled remotes, follow on-screen instructions to set up voice control features.
  6. Customize Settings: Use the remote to navigate to Settings and customize your preferences.
  7. Test All Functions: Test all buttons including power, volume, channel, and navigation buttons to ensure proper functionality.
Warning: Keep remote control away from water and extreme temperatures. Do not use damaged batteries.
