Setup Guide

Requirements:

  • Hisense Smart TV
  • Fresh batteries (AAA or AA depending on model)
  • Clear line of sight to TV
  • Stable surface for initial setup

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Battery Installation: Open battery compartment on back of remote and insert batteries according to polarity markings.
  2. Power On: Ensure your Hisense TV is plugged in and turned on at the power source.
  3. Pairing: For Bluetooth remotes, hold the Pair button for 3 seconds until LED indicator flashes.
  4. Initial Connection: Point remote at TV and press any button to establish connection.
  5. Code Setup: For universal remotes, enter the Hisense TV code (usually 0000, 1234, or 1111).
  6. Function Test: Test all major functions: Power, Volume, Channel, and Navigation buttons.
  7. Smart Features: Configure voice control and smart assistant features if available.
Warning: Use only recommended battery types. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.
