Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Dehumidifier won't start Power issue, water tank not properly seated Check power supply, ensure water tank is correctly positioned
Poor dehumidification Dirty filter, low temperature, room too large Clean air filter, check room temperature, ensure proper room size
Water leakage Overflowing tank, damaged tank, improper drainage Check tank capacity, inspect for damage, ensure proper drainage setup
Unusual noises Loose parts, fan obstruction, compressor issue Check for loose components, clear fan area, contact service if persistent
Frost buildup Low temperature operation, dirty coils Move to warmer area, clean evaporator coils, allow auto defrost to work
Frequent cycling Incorrect humidity setting, sensor issue Adjust humidity setting, clean humidity sensor, reset unit
