Requirements:

  • Hisense Smart TV (2015 models and newer)
  • 2 x AAA batteries
  • Clear line of sight to TV

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote and insert 2 AAA batteries, observing correct polarity.
  2. Power On: Ensure your Hisense Smart TV is plugged in and turned on at the power outlet.
  3. Pairing: Most Hisense remotes pair automatically. If not, press and hold the "Home" and "Back" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
  4. Test Functions: Test basic functions like volume control, channel changing, and power on/off to ensure proper operation.
  5. Smart Features: Navigate to the Smart TV interface using the dedicated "Smart" or "Home" button.
  6. Voice Control Setup: For voice-enabled remotes, follow on-screen instructions to activate voice recognition features.
  7. Final Check: Verify all buttons respond correctly and the remote controls all desired functions.
Warning: Use only recommended battery types. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.
